The Ardougne diary tasks are perhaps the most important to complete for progressing your character in OSRS. Unlike other diaries, the Ardougne tasks can benefit players throughout Gielinor and are not limited to the city. Presently, you can complete 4 Ardougne diary tasks:

The tasks are focused in East Ardougne, West Ardougne, Yanille, and Port Khazard. You’ll have to do various tasks in these locations, which can have multiple requirements. This Ardougne diary guide will inform you of the quest requirements, skills, and items needed to progress on each tier.

  • Agility Skillcape: The Agility skillcape is extremely beneficial during the Ardougne diary because it can instantly restore your energy from 0% to 100% once per day. However, you will need level 99 Agility, which can take a remarkable length of time to achieve.
  • Stamina Potions: Players can purchase these potions from the Grand Exchange or make them with level 77 Herblore. The potions will have 4 doses, and each restores run energy by 20%. Also, for 2 minutes, it will reduce the rate at which energy depletes by 70%.

How To Complete Ardougne Diary Tasks

The diary tasks are straightforward to complete as they require you to complete simple tasks. This can range anything from visiting a specific location or casting a spell. Therefore, finishing the Ardougne diary tasks is super easy but time-consuming.

Easy OSRS Ardougne Diary

Item Requirements:

Quest Requirements:

• Rune Mysteries

Tasks:

1. Wizard Cromperty: After completing Rune Mysteries go to Wizard Cromperty, who is Northeast of the Ardougne market. Have him teleport you to the Rune Essence Mine. However, you must right-click him and select teleport because talking to him will not count.
2. Cake: Go to the Ardougne market and steal a cake from the market stall
3. Silk: Speak to the silk merchant in Ardougne market and sell him a piece of silk.
4. Altar: Pray at the altar in the Eastern Ardougne’s church.
5. Fishing Trawler: Go to Port Khazard and play 1 game of fishing trawler.
6. Combat Training Camp: Head over to the Combat Training Camp, which is located Northwestern of East Ardougne. Entering this location will complete this task.
7. Rusty Sword: Have Tindel Marchant identify the rusty sword for you. If he does not identify the sword, the task will not be completed. Therefore, it may be worth it to bring multiple rusty swords. He is located on the South dock of Port Khazard.
8. Ardougne Lever: Use the Ardougne lever to teleport into the Wilderness. The lever is behind the castle in West Ardougne inside a small building.
9. Emporium: Go to Yanille and view Aleck’s Hunter Emporium to complete the task.
10. Probita: Talk to Probita and see what pets you have insured. You must right-click her and select “check” because otherwise, the task will not complete.

Tasks:

1. Unicorn: Head over to the Ardougne Zoo using the Fairy Ring System Code: B-I-S. After, enter the unicorn pen to fishing the task.
2. Grapple: Get a Mithril grapple and a crossbow and grapple over Yanille’s South wall and jump off. Iron man accounts will need to make a Mithril grapple with level 59 Fletching and Smithing.
3. Farming: Plant and harvest some strawberries in the Ardougne farming patch.
4. Teleport: Cast the Ardougne teleport spell with 2 water and law runes.
5. Hot Air Balloon: Use the hot air balloon transport system after completing the Enlightened Journey quest. Travel to Castle Wars from Ardougne to finish the task.
6. Buckets of Sand: Speaker to Bert in Yanille and claim some buckets of sand.
7. Fishing: Go to the Fishing Platform by speaking to Holgart or Jeb. They can be found on the coasts near Witchhaven. Catch any type of fish on the Fishing Platform to complete the task.
8. Pickpocket: Go to the master farmer North of East Ardougne and successfully pickpocket him.
9. Skavid Caves: Head to the Skavid Caves with any light sources and collect some Cave Nightshades.
10. Tower of Life: Go to the Tower of Life with a raw chick and swordfish. Once you’re inside, go West from the entrance, then South, and then to the room in the East. Now you will have to kill a swordchick to complete the task.
11. Iban’s Upgraded Staff: Equip an Upgraded Iban’s Staff. To make an upgraded version bring an Iban’s Staff with 200k GP to the Dark Mage in West Ardougne.
12. Necromancer Tower: Visit the island East of the Necromancer Tower. You can get there by using the Fairy Ring Teleport System and using the A-I-R code.

Tasks:

1. Jewelry: Recharge a skills necklace or combat bracelet at the totem pole in the Legends’ Guild.
2. Magic Guild: Enter the Magic Guild once you achieve level 66 Magic.
3. Chest: Attempt to steal from a chest within the Ardougne Castle.
4. Monkey Cage: Go to the Ardougne zoo and ask the zookeeper to place you inside a monkey cage. Make sure that you’re wearing a Karamjan monkey greegree. Then talk to Monkey Minder to complete the task.
5. Watchtower: Teleport to the Watchtower with 2 earth and law runes.
6. Red Salamander: Using a rope and a small fishing net, catch a Red Salamander. They can be found in the Ourania Hunter area, Northwestern Ardougne.
7. Palm Tree: Plant a Palm Tree in the fruit tree farming patch next to Tree Gnome Village. Afterward, check the health of the tree to finish the task.
8. Poison Ivy Berries: Go to the berry patch next to the Ardougne Monastery. Go to the section where poison ivy berries grow and pick them.
9. Mithril Platebody: Smith a Mithril Platebody anywhere within Ardougne.
10. Player-Owned-House: Speak to the real estate agent and change your house location to Yanille. Then enter your POH through the portal in Yanille to complete the task.
11. Dragon Square Shield: Using the Shield left half and Shield right half to smith a Dragon Square Shield. You must do this in West Ardougne to finish the task.
12. Death Runes: Go to the death altar through the Underground Pass and create some death runes to complete the Ardougne Hard Diary tasks.

Tasks:

1. Manta Ray: Catch a manta ray during Fishing Trawler and cook it in Port Khazard
2. Picklock: Go to the basement of Yanille Agility Dungeon and attempt to picklock the door.
3. Pickpocket: Steal from a hero within Ardougne.
4. Rune Crossbow: Create a Rune crossbow from scratch within Witchaven or Yanille. You will need to craft a crossbow string, Runite limbs, and yew stock to make the crossbow. Then combine the yew stock with Runite limbs. Afterward, use the crossbow string on the Runite crossbow (u).
5. Salve Amulet: Imbue a salve amulet at the Nightmare Zone. Alternatively, you can equip a salve amulet (i) to finish the task.
6. Torstol: Plant some Torstol in the herb farming patch in Ardougne. To complete the task, wait for the Torstol to grow and harvest the fully grown herbs.
7. Agility: Complete a single lap of the Ardougne’s Rooftop Agility course.
8. Castle Wars: Go to Castle Wars, which is far West of Ardougne. Enter the minigame and cast ice barrage on another player.
